Lance C Griffith

Prior to purchasing Specialty Electronics in September 2023 Lance spent the last 30 plus years in the out-of-home entertainment market, becoming a seasoned veteran whose career spans a remarkable array of roles and accomplishments. His journey began on the front lines as a technician, and through his expertise and leadership, he ascended to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in several nationally recognized companies.

In the past decade, Lance has specialized as a COO and principal in multiple distributed regulated gaming companies across the US, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been pivotal in driving success and innovation in these markets.

In addition to his impressive career in the regulated distributed gaming market, Lance has made significant strides in the hospitality industry. He has owned and operated two boutique hotels on St. Croix, featuring an attached casino, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Lance now brings his extensive experience and leadership to Specialty Electronics to help start a new chapter for the company. His client-focused approach and attention to detail as well as his devotion to streamlining the process for all our clients will help ensure all clients, both existing and new will have the best experience possible.
